Unlike you, I adore the mornings :) I'm up early, hydrate with 32 oz of water with electrolytes, workout and take some breaths. I do my best to stay off my phone BUT with family on the east coast we're always up and chatting via text in the mornings.

Love this post (and this photo of you!) For years, my morning practice has been to say "thank you" as soon as I open my eyes. No matter how tired or grumpy I'm feeling. It's transformative and often sets the tone for the hours that follow. I don't look at my phone right away, either. Although I could definitely extend that time!
